What You’ll Do

• Maintain guest suites and public areas to Residence Inn/Courtyard and Marriott brand standards, ensuring comfort, safety, and reliability
 • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues efficiently, minimizing guest impact and downtime
 • Perform routine and preventive maintenance to support the extended-stay environment our guests rely on
 • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, always striving to “Make It Right”
 • Collaborate with hotel leadership and teammates to support smooth daily operations
 • Complete additional tasks as assigned to meet operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential facility, or similar environment (required)
 • Availability to work various shifts as needed
 • High school diploma or equivalent
 • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced setting
 • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
 • Experience with wall covering and wallpaper repair or installation preferred
 • Working knowledge of carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
 • Excellent communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach
 • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
 • Strong attention to detail and observation skills
 • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders and stairs, and perform physical tasks
