Morris Animal Inn is a family-owned and operated luxury pet resort offering dogs & cats the finest in lodging, grooming, training & daycare services. We’re now hiring permanent, year-round Part Time and Full Time Front Desk Receptionists to join our outstanding Guest Services team at our Warren and Morristown locations. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour.
What you'll be doing:
- Warmly welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
- Answering phones, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Promoting services and knowledgeable answering client questions
- Maintaining accurate client and pet records
- Processing invoices and collecting payments
- Managing pet check-in and check-out, including completion of required paperwork
- Keeping the front desk and lobby clean and organized
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless, exceptional pet care
What you'll need to apply:
- Prior work experience that focuses on engaging and assisting customers with a high degree of friendliness and professionalism
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software systems
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- An appreciation for the fact that pet care is a 365-day business so availability to work on weekends and over holiday periods is required.
