Roles/Responsibilities/Qualifications
- IE/Station Designer/Production Experiences to engineer and optimize GA Workstations (Operator, Material, Tooling, Torque Tool, ICT Interfaces – Holistic Workstation Approach)
- Workstation Quality Audit Experiences
- Team Building and People Skills – Pull key stakeholders together on a regular basis to plan and design workstations
- Issue Identifications and Closure – collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify workstation related issues in RMS (Readiness Management System) and resolve and track them
- Change Management – Manage and document changes related to scroll update after scroll freeze
- Logistics/Material Display Experiences to integrate into workstation engineering
- Understand Operator Foot Print and Interface with PFS (Performance Feedback System)
- GA Launch Experiences from Scroll Development and Workstation Optimization Perspectives
- Excellent Project Management Skills
