Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for projects located in or around Warren, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $29/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Perform general maintenance work throughout the facility
Replace and install ceiling lights
Switch cover plates, including converting duplex to single and installing GFCI outlets
Perform hot and cold water system work including draining systems and replacing faucets
Complete electrical work including converting fire systems from wired to wireless
Patch holes and perform drywall repairs or replacements
Replace doors as needed
Support overall site maintenance and repair needs

Requirements:

Must have experience performing general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
Must have basic PPE and hand tools
Must be able to perform drywall patching and light repair work
Must be reliable and able to start on scheduled date
Must be safety-conscious and able to follow site procedures
Must be able to work under direction of site contact as needed
