The RoleÂ
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead Super Cruise. You will own key aspects of Super Cruise customer engagement and quality, including hands‑free driving behavior, performance metrics, launch readiness, and post‑launch improvement. The role is accountable for data driven insights to optimize product performance, prioritizing tradeoffs, and ensuring Super Cruise delivers a consistent, trustworthy experience across vehicle programs and sensing platforms.  Working across engineering, safety, quality, program management, and marketing, you will play a key role in making Super Cruise the most widely adopted and profitable automated driving feature in the world.Â

This role requires the ability to operate in fast-paced environments, demonstrate principled decision-making, and build consensus with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class hands-free driving experiences. We expect you to be proactive, influence without authority, and navigate complex organizational dynamics while keeping customer, safety, and business outcomes front and center.Â

What You’ll Do Â
Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmapsÂ
Establish and prioritize product requirements to solve key business and customer problemsÂ
Drive product development across software, systems, safety, quality, and vehicle programs to deliver high-quality handsfree driving experiences at scaleÂ
Define, track, and analyze Super Cruise performance, engagement, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap decisionsÂ
Serve as a subject matter expert for your product portfolio, providing guidance to internal teams and partnersÂ
Communicate product status and updates to senior leadership and stakeholdersÂ
Monitor emerging trends to inform and drive execution of the product roadmapÂ
Help foster a data-driven culture and establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of Super Cruise initiativesÂ

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)Â
5+ years of product management or related industry experienceÂ
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex dataÂ
Excellent presentation and communication skillsÂ
Familiarity working with complex software solutions like computer vision and AI/MLÂ
Able to define vision and strategy for software products where little precedence existsÂ
Operate with a high level of independent judgment and proactively address obstacles as they ariseÂ
Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become fluent in technical concepts and explain to non-technical partnersÂ
Comfortable with complex and ambiguous problems and situations, and adept at identifying a project’s risksÂ
Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are the normÂ
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)Â
Master’s degree in related fieldÂ
Experience working on a global team and launching productsÂ
Experience with automated driving product development and performance in the automotive industryÂ
Experience working with data scientists and AI/ML teams on software development tools, pipelines, and releaseÂ
Experience handling regulatory, compliance, and legal requirementsÂ
Experience fostering innovation and driving change in complex organizationsÂ
Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to a GM work location three times per week, at a minimum (Milford / Warren, MI).Â
