Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: Westland, MI
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
Description
Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a dynamic school team in Westland, MI. These are on-site school-based positions supporting students from ages 3 to middle school across multiple school locations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students as specified in IEPs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain appropriate documentation and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
Support generalization of communication skills in classroom environments
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist License
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
