General Summary

This job conducts analyses and interprets program rules and policies so that benefit programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy.

Ā Responsibilities

  • Assess company needs regarding employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits
  • Research, compare, and recommend cost-effective benefits packages and vendorsĀ 
  • Assist in implementing benefits programs, including employee enrollment, communication, and administrationĀ 
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, such as ERISA and DOL provisionsĀ 
  • Conduct employee surveys and analyze workforce data to identify gaps and opportunities in benefits offeringsĀ 
  • Advise on funding strategies and cost management for benefits programsĀ 
  • Provide ongoing support to HR teams and employees, answering questions and resolving benefits-related issuesĀ 
  • Reevaluate and update benefits packages regularly to maintain competitiveness and alignment with company goals
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelors degree in related field & 6 years of experience OR Associate degree in related field & 8 years of experience OR 10 years of experience
