Maintenance Assistant (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Assist the Maintenance Director with daily operations and community upkeep
• Perform routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC basics)
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Respond to and complete work orders efficiently
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Support emergency maintenance needs when required (during scheduled hours only — no on-call)

 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment, hotel, facilities, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• Must be 18+ with ability to pass background screening

Bonus Points If You Have

• Technical or trade school background
• HVAC or maintenance certifications
• Experience in senior living, apartments, or hospitality
