The Critical Facility Technician Journeyman - HVAC supports mission-critical, data center, and commercial mechanical operations across Warrenton, VA, and the surrounding Northern Virginia market. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, inspections, documentation, and customer-facing HVAC support while maintaining strict safety, quality, and uptime standards.
This position is designed for an experienced HVAC journeyman who can work independently, support critical facility operations, communicate effectively with customers and leadership, and help ensure mechanical systems operate safely and reliably.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HVAC journeyman with strong commercial mechanical experience and the ability to support mission-critical customers across Warrenton and the broader Northern Virginia market. This person should be comfortable performing PMs, troubleshooting equipment, completing repairs, using BAS/BMS systems, documenting work accurately, communicating with customers, coordinating with vendors, and protecting uptime in live critical environments.
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00/hr.  The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sÂ
