The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial professional for our Frost ave Warrenton, VA location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing a variety of custodial and cleaning duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Duration: Part-Time

Work Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays (Morning Shift).

Roles and Responsibilities:

A janitorial staff member is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment throughout assigned facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, break rooms, and other common areas. They perform a variety of routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and removing trash to ensure that all areas remain well-maintained and presentable.

In addition to daily cleaning activities, janitorial staff members inspect facilities to identify maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or repair needs and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel. They are also responsible for monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, paper products, and sanitation materials to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Janitorial personnel follow established health, safety, and sanitation procedures while properly using cleaning equipment and chemicals. They may also assist with floor care, window cleaning, furniture arrangement, and special cleaning projects as required. Their role is essential in promoting a healthy, organized, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and facility occupants.
