The Nascence Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial professional for our Frost ave Warrenton, VA location. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by performing a variety of custodial and cleaning duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

Job Title: Janitorial

Location: Warrenton, VA

Duration: Part-Time

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays (Morning Shift).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performed routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, reception areas, hallways, and common spaces to maintain a clean and professional environment.
• Conducted floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning, while ensuring all areas met established cleanliness standards.
• Collected and disposed of waste, replenished restroom and janitorial supplies, and maintained inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Followed all facility regulations, safety procedures, and quality standards while supporting the daily operations of the Marine Recruiting Station.
