The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offerings residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provide dignified and compassionate support to each resident. 

How you’ll contribute   

A Personal Care Aide who excels in this role: 

  • Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, grooming. 
  • Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly.

What we’re looking for - 
Applicants should have a Certificate of Completion as a Personal Care Aideor completion of the Nurse Aide educational program. 

  • CPR/First Aid Certification required within 60 days of hire.
  • PCA/DCA experience preferred
