Our interdisciplinary, team-based approach brings together experienced Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and other healthcare professionals who collaborate to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs. We offer clinical evaluations of all aspects of language, speech disturbances, and cognition, providing a collaborative program of care to improve areas of concern. 

How you’ll contribute   

A Speech Language Pathologist who excels in this role: 

  • Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. 
  • Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Attends and participates in patient care coordination meetings, team and family conferences. 
  • Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What we’re looking for 
Applicants should have a Virginia state license as Speech Language Pathologist with the Board of Audiology and Speech Language Pathology. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Therapy is required. 
  • Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire.
