Hourly Pay Range:

$74.78 - $115.91 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Job Summary:

As the Director, End User Technology and Support Services, the incumbent provides strategic and operational leadership for Endeavor Health’s digital workplace technologies and support services across hospitals, physician offices, corporate centers, and other locations. The Director leads end user computing, the system-wide IT Service Desk, Major Incident Management, while establishing consistent IT Service Management standards and overseeing the lifecycle of assigned technologies and platforms.

Serving as a trusted technology partner to operational leaders, the Director builds strong stakeholder relationships, uses performance metrics to improve service delivery, and anticipates evolving user and business needs. This leader collaborates with Information Security and other IT teams to deliver reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that enhance workforce efficiency, clinical and business operations, and the overall user experience.


What you will do:

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for end user technology and support services across Endeavor Health, ensuring reliable, consistent, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Leads the system-wide IT Service Desk, End User Computing, Major Incident Management.
  • Establishes enterprise standards, processes, service-level expectations, and performance measures for IT service management, incident response, and end user support.
  • Builds strong relationships with clinical, business, physician, and site leaders to understand operational needs and align technology services with organizational priorities.
  • Uses service metrics, customer feedback, industry benchmarks, and operational data to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leads the response to major technology incidents, ensuring timely escalation, coordinated resolution, effective communication, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Partners with Information Security and other IT teams to support endpoint security, encryption, patch management, identity and access management, and seamless service delivery.
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce manual effort, enhance the user experience, improve workforce efficiency, and implement innovative technology solutions.
  • Develops and maintains vendor relationships, monitors service performance, and ensures products and services meet organizational and contractual requirements.
  • Develops and manages operating and capital budgets and supports sound financial and technology investment decisions for assigned areas.
  • Builds and sustains a high-performing team through workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, performance management, talent development, accountability, and engagement.

What you will need:

  • Education:
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field, healthcare, business or related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree
  • Experience:
  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries. 
  • Five (5) or more years of leadership experience.
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of information technology fundamentals and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with efficiency.
  • Significant domain knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify, plan, and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong personal and ethical accountability.
  • Analytical and critical thinking for problem solving and issue resolution.
  • A lean towards curiosity, out of the box thinking, and innovation.

  • Build and maintain vendor relationships.
