- Prior Dealership F&I manager experience a must
- Reynolds &Reynolds Proficiency preferred.
- Luxury dealership experience is a plus
- Only candidates with a proven track record as an F&I manager will be considered.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2+ years Automotive F&I Management experience
- Proven F&I performance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Stable work history and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
- Ability to meet licensing requirements
- Computer proficiency (DealerTrack a plus)
- High School Diploma or GED required

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Working with lending institutions and maintaining good relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Training, along with providing the sales team information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
