Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
Top Performers Earn: $300K+
Location: Hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill NJ

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
Present financing options and close sales
Build lasting customer relationships
Participate in ongoing sales training

Qualifications

Sales experience preferred, not required
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Industry experience is a plus
