Position Overview

The Marketing Associate Manager will be working closely with several members of the International Marketing team. In this role, the Marketing Associate Manager will support the development and management of marketing materials, assist with vendor relationships, campaigns and other projects associated with promoting and educating physicians and patients on the Oncotype DX test. Success in this position will require attention to detail and the ability to carry out multiple tasks. The role reports to the Head of International Marketing.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop marketing collateral and materials in close collaboration with Marketing and other stakeholder
  • Tactical execution of multi-channel integrated marketing plans, including customer segmentation, business trends, market opportunities, and content development.
  • Develop and execute patient education content in close collaboration with medical affairs and other stakeholders.
  • Successfully engage with advertising agencies to deliver high-quality assets, including, but not limited to, creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, PR, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain campaign metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Support market research programs to provide key market insights and actionable business outcomes.
  • Maintain product expertise and maintaining all technical and clinical data associated with the Precision Oncology portfolio.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
  • Ability to travel 20% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, biology or field as outlined in the essential duties.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or sales functions, with a strong track record of performance.
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of Japanese, German and other European languages is a plus.
  • Experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oncology market experience.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
