What You’ll Do
You’ll serve patients throughout the Warsaw and Lancaster County area by living out our mission — caring for others as we care for those we love — through:
Performing assessments to evaluate patients’ functional abilities and measure progress
Designing and carrying out evidence-based treatment plans that help patients regain independence and mobility
Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists
Supervising PTAs and Home Health Aides to ensure consistency and quality of care
Building relationships that foster trust, confidence, and healing in every home

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required)
Experience:
1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
Active Physical Therapy License (PT) – Virginia Department of Health Professions (required upon hire)
CPR/BLS Certification – AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required within 30 days)
Valid Driver’s License (required; frequent travel using personal vehicle)
