As an AVP, Business Reporting & Automation Officer in Warsaw, IN, you will play a critical role in delivering enterprise reporting solutions, driving intelligent automation initiatives, and providing actionable insights that support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise level reporting solutions that support executive, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Ensure all reporting adheres to Bank reporting standards, including consistent definitions, documented data lineage, version control, and comprehensive supporting documentation.
Translate business requirements into repeatable, enterprise quality reporting and automation artifacts that can be leveraged consistently across the organization.
Maintain robust validation, reconciliation, and control processes to support audit, risk management, and regulatory needs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Five+ years of work experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, automation, application platforms or financial services operations.
Ability to author and maintain automations and reports utilizing SAP BusinessObjects and automation tools, generate clear and professional business correspondence, and create strong procedure manuals.
Personal computer competency: intermediate to advanced level using Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
