Your Opportunity

Compensation START pay $15.75 hourly.

The Quality Assurance Analytical Lab Technician coordinates the daily preparation of samples for analytical testing, performs analytical procedures and general laboratory sanitation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Performs analytical procedures; such as NIR, AA, Protein Analyzer, etc.

  • Performs basic preparation techniques for analytical testing.

  • Ensures instruments are properly calibrated

  • Enters analytical results into computer.

  • Maintains proper sanitation in laboratory.

  • Splits and grinds samples for analytical testing.

  • Performs tasks which generate grain and ingredients dust in enclosed areas.

  • Performs chemical procedures.

  • Follows all safety and laboratory policies.

  • Responsible for complying with all environmental laws and procedures to which Murphy-Brown LLC subscribes.

  • Responsible for understanding and complying with company EMS policies and procedures in the performance of their job duties.

  • Reports all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor.

  • Reads and understands the company’s emergency notification process and will be responsible for reviewing that policy at their work site.
