Full-time, Part-time and Per Diem positions Shifts Available: 7a-3pm every other weekend required 3p-11pm every other weekend required 11pm-7am (every other weekend required) What You’ll Do Assist residents with ADLs according to resident need. Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff. Document resident care activities accurately using electronic health records systems. Work effectively as a team in the delivery of care. Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia and cognitive challenges. Qualifications Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Rhode Island. Experience in senior care settings, such as assisted living facilities or nursing home, is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact compassionately with residents and their families. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in individual responsibilities. Previous experience in dementia care is a plus.
