We’re looking for a Data Analyst who wants their work to matter. Someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and partnering across teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-organized data that supports program delivery, funder reporting, and internal decision-making.

· Collaborate with program staff, finance, human resources, and external vendors to translate operational needs into well-integrated, effective reporting solutions

· Produce accurate, timely reports and dashboards that support leadership, funders, and internal teams

· Strengthen day-to-day reporting while improving long-term system quality, governance, and compliance

· Help move the organization away from manual workarounds toward sustainable, well-documented systems

The details:

· Location: In-person in Warwick, RI (remote flexibility considered case-by-case)

· Reports to: Chief Program Officer

· Tools we use: Power BI, SQL, Trax, EAPX, Paylocity, QuickBooks (and more)

We value collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. We are committed to building a workplace that reflects the communities we serve and encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
