As a Direct Care Worker, you鈥檒l provide essential one-on-one support in home and community settings, helping people build life skills, gain independence, and experience joy every day. What You鈥檒l Do
As a Direct Care Worker, you鈥檒l support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily routines and community activities. From skill-building to recreational outings, your presence and encouragement will play a vital role in each individual鈥檚 journey.
路 Assist with daily living and community-based activities
路 Promote independence and support personal growth
路 Participate in skill-building, vocational, and recreational programs
路 Advocate for each person鈥檚 dignity and well-being
路 Complete agency-required training, including Safety Care and CPR
What You Bring
路 High School Diploma or GED
路 Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle
路 Safe driving record
路 Ability to pass pre-employment physical
路 A compassionate, dependable, and supportive approach to care
