Please consider applying anyway.                                                                                                         Essential Responsibilities:  Manage the daily operation of Community Support Service programs to ensure all client hours and revenue target are met within the appropriate time frame. Take the appropriate action to correct the situation. Participate with senior management in program development, planning and growth. Carry out terms of any contract in program and in setting goals. Monitor budget and MIS Reports in conjunction with CCO to ensure program is meeting targets and is on budget. Initiates budgetary recommendations and controls. Provide necessary documentation for funding sources as required. Collaborate with other providers, agencies and individuals in the clients' network of care. Ensure that program staff’s treatment planning and clinical record keeping is consistent with standards established by Thrive. Provide regular and consistent supervision to the High Acuity team  and Standard Acuity leaders, Clinicians  and administrative assistants. Maintain proper supervision notes on staff and completes performance evaluations according to schedule. Oversee recruit, interview, screen, select, and orient/train program staff in conjunction with clinical supervisors. Carry and enliven a positive Thrive image consistent with the Thrive’s Guiding Principles and professional code of ethics. QualificationsEducation, Experience and Competencies:  Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling.  Minimum of 3 years Human Service experience field working with clients with disabilities preferred. and 2 years supervisory/managerial experience required.  Licensed at an independent level strongly preferred. Experience or training in related state and federal assistance programs also preferred.
