The Warwick Collision Center, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is looking for a motivated and hard-working Parts Runner to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

The Parts Runner is responsible for providing customer service and sales assistance in accordance with company policy. Acts as the primary interface with retail and wholesale customers as well as service department employees to sell the required parts accessories. Additionally, the Parts Runner is responsible for tracking and providing needed parts to complete vehicle service repairs.

  • Ability to deliver requested parts to areas throughout the dealership or via delivery vehicles.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect parts department including but not limited to hazardous waste disposal, emergency response, safe driving and OSHA Right-to-Know
  • Ability to ensure use proper safety equipment

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written with the ability to effectively communicate via face-to-face, phone, or by other means of communication
