Job DetailsJob Location: Minnesota - Waseca, MN 56093Salary Range: $20.65 - $25.27 HourlyJob Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Assembler Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components on the assembly line in a fast-paced factory environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Duties: Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. Set up, operate, and monitor plant equipment to meet production goals, utilization targets, and efficiency objectives. Participate as an active member of the production team, assisting with product assembly and related manufacturing processes. Communicate effectively with Supervisors, Shipping, Material Handling, and Maintenance regarding work progress and operational needs. Provide regular feedback and identify opportunities to improve methods, processes, equipment utilization, and overall productivity. Train and cross-train full-time and temporary employees on job duties, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment as required. Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards and customer requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including assisting with material movement and warehouse activities as needed. Foster a positive and professional work atmosphere through effective communication and teamwork with customers, co-workers, and management. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure a safe workplace. QualificationsRequirements Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred. Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment. Affix labels and other details to products Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while meeting individual production targets Attention to detail Ability to think outside the box, with a goal of improving processes and systems Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift materials as required. All other duties as assigned Preferred Requirements: Manufacturing background Assembly line knowledge Be flexible to move between jobs and departments that might need more help out in another area
