Your Therapy Doesn't End When the Session Does.

In a clinic, you often wonder if patients are carrying over what they learned.

In home health, you get to see it happen.

You'll help patients communicate with spouses around the dinner table, safely enjoy meals in their own kitchen, and regain confidence in the place where they spend every day.

There's no guessing whether your treatment is making a difference—you'll see it firsthand.

Why Home Health Is Different

  • Deliver therapy where communication and swallowing challenges actually occur.
  • Create treatment plans based on each patient's daily routines and environment.
  • Build trusted relationships with patients and caregivers over time.
  • Enjoy the flexibility to manage your own schedule while focusing on quality care.
  • Be part of an experienced interdisciplinary team that's invested in great outcomes.

  • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k).
  • Clinical Managers who understand the needs of field clinicians.

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients' homes.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful functional goals.
  • Educate caregivers and family members to reinforce therapy between visits.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
