Description

-Installing, Cleaning, and Troubleshooting Mass Production molds and machines.

-Be able to set up molding conditions for MP molds.

-Operate and understand settings on all molding machines.

-Troubleshoot small problems during molding process.

-Cold Jetting molds as needed.

-Sand blasting molds to schedule or as needed.

-Organizing (5S) and cleaning of area.

-Any other duties as assigned.

-Must be able to routinely lift objects up to 40 lbs.

Requirements

- Mechanically inclined

- Self motivated

- People friendly (work well with others)

- Well educated in all Vulcanization machines (recommended)

- Willingness to work flexible hrs. and overtime.

- Able to follow schedules and communicate.

-Past mold set-up and cleaning experience a plus
