Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and fit bouncers to join our security team. As a bouncer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Monitoring crowd behavior and enforcing club policies
Checking IDs at the entrance and ensuring age restrictions are met
Assisting in conflict resolution and maintaining order during events
Providing excellent customer service while ensuring safety
Collaborating with other staff members to handle emergencies and escalated situations
Protecting VIP

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a bouncer or in a security role is preferred
Must be physically fit and able to handle challenging situations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Certification in security or first aid is a plus
