What You Will Do:
We are searching for a Project Manager Program Operations for our Defense and Security Segment to support a US Federal Government client.  The person in this role is responsible for managing global health program operations projects and initiatives including data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting; processes and workflows; and system implementation. This role emphasizes technical integration and stakeholder engagement to enhance operational efficiency.  

  • Manage program operational activities related to data analysis, visualization, and reporting. 

  • Support improvements to data systems, workflows, and reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency. 

  • Analyze program processes and elicit requirements to assist in defining objectives for data and technology solutions. 

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects, use dashboard analytics and similar tools to monitor and report progress. 

  • Design, prepare, and host learning sessions and support the development of related documentation and training materials. 

  • Engage and collaborate with internal, external, and cross-functional teams, including global and technical stakeholders, to support program objectives and ensure alignment on priorities. 

  • Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders by proactively identifying needs, addressing concerns, and facilitating timely exchange of information. 

What You Will Need:

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance. 

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • FIVE (5) years of project management experience,

  • Experience providing data collection, analysis, visualization, or reporting.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar professional certification relevant to duties. 

What Would Be Nice to Have:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Experience with US Federal Government global health and foreign assistance programs, grants or contracts, data streams, and related information systems.

  • Understanding of cloud-based solutions such as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools or Platform (PaaS) providers such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools. 

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messaging for technical and non‑technical audiences  

  • Strong project oversight and team collaboration abilities. 

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
