Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring is growing and looking for experienced technicians (2+ years) who want to build a long-term career with a luxury brand.

Compensation & Incentives

• Flat Rate Pay Range: $30.00 – $33.00 per flat rate hour
  Pay is determined by experience, certifications, and Mercedes-Benz training, with clear paths for advancement.

Technician Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance services and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
• Conduct inspections and basic diagnostics as assigned
• Follow dealership and factory repair procedures
• Accurately document work performed on repair orders
• Road test vehicles as required to verify repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in Mercedes-Benz and ASE training programs
• Work collaboratively with advisors, parts, and shop leadership

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience required
• Maintenance, repair, and basic diagnostic skills
• ASE or OEM certifications preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
