Requirements

Job Overview
The temporary Front Desk Worker position will be responsible for meeting prospective students and other visitors who come to the Office of Admissions and coordinating their visit, with assistance as necessary from Admissions Officers. As time permits, the Front Desk Worker may also be required to assist with office organizational matters to prepare for the next academic year (inventorying supplies, etc.)


Work Interactions
The Front Desk Workers will be the first point of contact for prospective students and other visitors to the Office of Admissions. The worker will coordinate basic visits, with training from their supervisor the Manager of JD Operations, and will work with Admissions Officers on more complicated visits.


Requirements and Qualifications
Some high school and previous paid or volunteer work in a public-facing position.
