Support the Mission of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)


Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is seeking three experienced Executive Assistants to provide administrative and executive support to the Office of the Chief Executive at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation in Washington, DC. This position is identified as an Administrative Service Assistant and Executive Assistant III / Secretary III under the DFC requirement.

The Executive Assistant will support calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, document preparation, records management, office coordination, data entry, and customer service. This position requires a professional who can manage competing assignments, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in a high visibility executive office.

WORK LOCATION

This is a full time, onsite position at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation headquarters in Washington, DC. Remote and hybrid work are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, conference rooms, and official engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting packets, presentations, correspondence, reports, and follow-up items.
  • Receive, screen, route, and track telephone calls, correspondence, requests, and inquiries.
  • Maintain electronic and paper files, spreadsheets, tracking logs, dashboards, and office records.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, visitors, transportation requests, and administrative logistics.
  • Support the preparation, routing, tracking, and filing of procurement, travel, financial, human resources, facilities, and administrative documents.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate with DFC personnel, external stakeholders, vendors, and visitors.
  • Protect sensitive information and perform additional administrative duties within the scope of the position.

Qualifications


Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least four years of progressively responsible administrative, clerical, executive assistant, secretarial, office management, customer service, or records management experience.
  • At least two years of experience directly supporting senior management, executive leadership, a front office, or a comparable high visibility professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and shared electronic file or collaboration systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and document preparation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and exercise professional judgment.
  • United States citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired

  • Experience in an executive office, C suite office, or similarly structured corporate or public sector organization.
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant professional certification in business administration, office management, communications, public administration, or a related field.
