The Exercises and Operational Training Infrastructure Division (AF/A35E) is a division within Air Force Future Operations (AF/A35). AF/A35E provides strategic policy, guidance, and capability development for the Air Force Exercise Program and Operational Training and Test Infrastructure (OTTI), supports AF/A35’s role as OTTI Cross-Functional Team (CFT) lead, and serves as the operations subject matter expert for Strategic Basing and Encroachment Management. Activities assist OTTI capability to develop coordination across all appropriate agencies as defined by the government. Strategic guidance and policy development is enabled through review of applicable publications and issuances as defined by the government.
