Diamond Care Transportation is an established non emergency medical transportation company operating since 2016, now looking to launch a licensed commercial ALS ambulance division in the Maryland/DC metro region. New equipment, professional dispatch, and a leadership team that treats crews with respect. We do care.Ā

The Role
We are hiring paramedics for inter-facility ALS transports — hospital-to-hospital transfers, discharges, dialysis, and scheduled medical transports.Ā

ResponsibilitiesĀ

  • Provide ALS-level patient care during inter-facility and scheduled transports
  • Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR) for every transport
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment checks at shift start; maintain ambulance readiness
  • Communicate professionally with sending/receiving facility staff, patients, and families
  • Operate in full compliance with Maryland EMS protocols and company policy

Requirements
Ā
  • Current Maryland Paramedic license, OR active NREMT-Paramedic registration (we will support your Maryland reciprocity — NREMT active status plus a MIEMSS protocol orientation gets you licensed)
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Current BLS/ACLS certifications (PALS a plus)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • Professional demeanor — you are the face of our company inside every facility
