Position Overview
The Assistant Account Executive will play a critical role in executing the Wholesale team’s strategic initiatives and supporting aggressive growth objectives. This individual will develop a strong understanding of inventory investments and performance drivers to help achieve both departmental and company goals.
This role provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Wholesale team, ensuring seamless execution across accounts. Key responsibilities include NetSuite management, order creation and adjustments, proactive outreach to prospective accounts (cold calls and emails), maintaining detailed call notes, and tracking best-selling styles by account to inform future strategy.
The Assistant Account Executive will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and serve as a point of contact for external partners. This is an exciting new role within Tuckernuck and with the growing business, new tasks outside of the job description will come up. The ideal candidate brings an entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to take on tasks both big and small in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This position requires regular travel and occasional weekend work.Â
Core Responsibilities
Manage all wholesale order entry into Netsuite, with a focus on deadlines and accuracy. Responsible for daily updates, revisions, and maintenance pertaining to all account orders
Own sending samples to new accounts for review and coordinate send backs
Communicate all shortages and shipping delays to accounts
Update Wholesale tracker daily
Update any new account orders and shifts
Work with accounting team to send invoices to accounts
Work with Director on outstanding payments
Support team on B2B rolloutÂ
Work closely with Sport Private Label team on orders and shipping needs
Manage monthly shipping totals and be prepared to report out to Director of Sales where the months and quarters will end to the annual financial plan
Assist the team on day to day activities and take a heavy hand in reporting, presentations and meeting preparation      Â
Put together assortment suggestions for new accountsÂ
Assist with seasonal recaps of product performance prior to end of season meetings
Speak with and be client facing with Wholesale accounts (old and new) on a daily and weekly basisÂ
Assist and lead monthly trunk shows and events - own all trunk show logistics leading up to the event, working with cross functional teams and external partners
Build relationships with existing accounts to ultimately grow the business
Act as a primary contact for buyer inquiries, managing client relationships, and resolving issues
Minimum Qualifications
1-2 years of relevant experienceÂ
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

CompensationÂ
Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $58,000-$65,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
