- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in privacy and cybersecurity law, ideally with exposure to litigation and regulatory matters.
- Expertise: Strong background in government regulation, policy enforcement, and data privacy and security litigation.
- Technical Acumen: A keen interest in technology, with a demonstrated understanding of tech fundamentals and their application in privacy law. CIPP certification is advantageous.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities, crucial for client engagement and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
