Associate Producer - Live Operations

About the role

Ares Interactive is seeking an Associate Producer for Live Operations on Baseball Hits 26. The ideal candidate is a recent or 2026 college graduate who is a hands-on doer and deeply knowledgeable baseball fan. If you have a passion for gaming, an enthusiasm for learning, and the ambition to be part of a successful game studio, we would love to hear from you!

What you'll do

• Drive, schedule and coordinate updates multiple times per week
• • Implement live content including Player Creation, Store Packs, Event Setup, etc.
  • Lead Live Ops testing and deployment
  • Own, update, and maintain complex data sets
  • Manage the Live Operations calendar
  • Direct art asset creation and use
  • Collaborate on strategy and systems design
  • Keep Baseball Hits 26 consistently fresh and engaging for users
• Assist with testing, recreating, defining, and solving bugs and live issues
• Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams (Customer Support, Marketing, User Acquisition, etc.)
• Create and deliver gameplay capture and other requested assets
• Playtest, review features, and help raise product quality
• Additional tasks as needed to help us consistently expand and improve our product

Requirements & Background

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge and Passion for Baseball: Players, Current Events, Teams, Parks, Strategies, Culture, etc.
• Strong Skills with Microsoft Office and similar tools
• • Ability to learn and use new tools quickly and effortlessly

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience (School, Sports, Group Activities, etc.)
• Game Development or Computer Science involvement (Professional, School, other non-professional)
• Familiarity with popular free-to-play mobile games
• In-Depth knowledge of sports games
• Experience with AI Tools
