Automotive Finance Manager-Mercedes-Benz of Washington, PA

Mercedes-Benz of Washington, PA is hiring an experienced Finance Manager who knows how to move deals, stay compliant, and work efficiently with both customers and lenders.

This is a production-driven role in a busy dealership. If you’re comfortable structuring deals, presenting products without pressure tactics, and keeping things clean on the backend, you’ll do well here.

Responsibilities:
 - Structure and finalize vehicle financing deals
 - Present F&I products in a straightforward, professional way
 - Work with lenders to secure approvals and funding
 - Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant
 - Coordinate with the sales team to keep deals moving

Requirements:
 - Automotive F&I experience required
 - Strong understanding of lenders, compliance, and deal structure
 - Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
