We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.   Position Summary Bartenders are the pulse of our restaurant and play a central role in the guest experience at the bar, delivering warm, attentive hospitality while executing the beverage program with precision and consistency. In this role, you’ll create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain strong product knowledge, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with established recipes and presentation standards for guests at the bar and throughout dining areas. Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner throughout their experience Deliver attentive service, including taking orders, delivering beverages, and monitoring guest satisfaction Execute all opening and closing duties Restock and maintain par levels of all beverages needed for service.  Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods  Answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and communicate dietary restrictions or preferences. Prepares and serves beverages according to brand standards using the appropriate garnishes and glassware. Oversees cleanliness and maintenance of bar station. Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience. Accurately coordinates transfers for any drinking guests that move to the dining room. Abides by all cash handling procedures set by management Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age. Accurately process guest transactions using POS systems, including cash and credit card payments. Communicate effectively with the floor team to ensure accurate timing, special requests, and order execution All other duties as assigned.   Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for an extended period of time.  Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift on a regular and continuing basis and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.  Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening, and hearing ability and visual acuity. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment, including, but not limited to, cutlery used in the cutting of fruit for garnishes.   Skills/Experience Two (2) years previous high-end restaurant or hotel experience. Expertise in alcohol and cocktail making in high volume environments. Experience with food and wine pairing. Excellent listener and communicator. Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask. Team player and able to anticipate others’ needs. Understands sequence of service and coursing. Positive Attitude.
