Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Leadman to join our team. The Leadman will assist the Foreman in supervising crews on construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Foreman in daily operations and crew supervision
• Coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of project phases
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with hands-on construction tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction experience, preferably in structural or concrete work
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Willingness to travel and work in various field conditions
