JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective: Our Cook will be responsible for assisting the culinary and pastry team with all planning and prepping of all Club meals. Our cooks have opportunities every day to learn, to grow, and to wow our staff, members and guests with their performances. 

Primary Functions:

  • Cooks behind the line with a great team full of passion and creativity
  • Ensures food quality by managing freshness and preparation
  • Communicates effectively with kitchen team to create highest quality cuisine
  • Consults with supervisory staff to plan menus, taking into consideration factors such as costs and special event needs
  • Assists the pastry team with plating and dessert creation as needed

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull food trays/carts up to 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
