We are seeking a Creative Director to serve as the senior creative authority supporting the USSOCOM J39 program. This role is responsible for leading the visual execution of Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) and Psychological Operations (PSYOP) content targeting global audiences.

The Creative Director will oversee multidisciplinary creative teams and ensure all visual and multimedia products meet commercial-quality standards, align with strategic messaging objectives, and are culturally relevant and operationally effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of creative professionals, including:

    • Graphic Designers

    • Web Designers

    • Photographers

    • Video Production Teams

  • Establish, maintain, and enforce branding, design, and visual identity standards across all products

  • Ensure all deliverables meet:

    • Commercial-quality production standards

    • Government publication requirements

    • Mission-specific messaging intent

  • Oversee development of:

    • Graphics and visual media

    • Video and multimedia content

    • Digital and web-based products

  • Ensure consistency across all dissemination platforms and publications

  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Editor in Chief (content alignment)

    • Analysts and planners (mission alignment)

    • Senior leadership (strategic direction)

  • Tailor visual products to target audiences and operational environments

  • Oversee integration of foreign language and culturally adapted visual content

  • Ensure all outputs support influence objectives and strategic communication goals

Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (required at time of proposal)

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing creative professionals, including designers, artists, and multimedia teams

  • Demonstrated experience producing professional publications (print, digital, or online) within established guidelines


Desired Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience working with foreign language content and translation workflows

  • Experience supporting:

    • Strategic communications

    • Information Operations (IO)

    • Influence or messaging campaigns

  • Familiarity with DoD, interagency, or government communication environments
