NIRA, Inc. is seeking a Development Lead to direct hands-on software delivery for a U.S. Department of Justice cloud-based digital evidence management program serving U.S. Attorneys' Offices nationwide. • U.S. citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a DOJ High-Risk Public Trust (Tier 4) background investigation
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secure development in regulated environments (NIST 800-53, STIG hardening)
  • Experience with event streaming, messaging, and high-volume data processing
  • Familiarity with digital evidence, forensics, or eDiscovery platforms
  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Developer/DevOps Engineer, Certified Scrum Master, or Security+
