What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
• Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercises
• Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting
• Running errands: grocery shopping or transportation to appointments
• Preparing and serving meals and snacks
• Medication reminders
• Providing companionship and emotional support

✔️ Qualifications

• 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check
• Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test

New employees may be eligible for a $300 training stipend provided through PA Homecare Association, of which MedStaffers is proud member. New employees must complete required training hours and complete 40 hours of scheduled shifts to qualify.
