Join us and make a difference!   Job Title: Director of Brand Marketing Reports To: Chief Operating Officer Position Overview: Responsible for defining and helping communicate the vision, mission, values, and personality of a PVA as well as its positioning, differentiation, and value proposition in the market. Charged with managing the brand strategy across all channels and touchpoints, such as websites, social media, advertising, events, and customer service.   Position responsibilities and duties: Oversee and manage the development, refinement and implementation of all areas of PVA’s brand identity. Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategy that leverages all areas of PVA’s impact to communicate organizational value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain PVA’s brand guidelines and standards. Analyze PVA brand performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop innovative brand materials. Collaborate with other leaders across the organization to ensure all marketing initiatives and deliverables adhere to the branding guidelines. Develop and implement a rolling 3-year calendar of key branding initiatives. Develop the annual Communications and Marketing Budget in Coordination with other Communications and Marketing Leaders. Any other duties or projects assigned.   Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is required. Master’s degree in Marketing, Branding or Communications is preferred. Minimum 10 years’ experience in Branding and Marketing, with agency or Fortune 500 branding experience preferred. Minimum 7 years people management experience. Proven experience building brands and results-oriented marketing plans. Familiarity with brand fundamentals and the execution of national brand strategies. Comfort with the co-creation processes and an understanding that great outcomes are made possible with strong partnerships with stakeholders. AMA, ANA or AIPMM certification a plus Strong management and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to provide oversight and direction for numerous activities simultaneously.
