One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to support a potential Government client in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will serve as the senior management lead responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team supporting data reporting, analytics, data validation, dashboards, website maintenance, and related technical services.

The Engagement Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between OFS and Government leadership and will be responsible for overall program performance, staffing, deliverables, communication, and coordination across all areas of the effort. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing complex federal programs and technical teams in data, analytics, reporting, or related environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) regarding program activities and performance.
  • Provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel, activities, deliverables, and performance.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple technical and analytical workstreams.
  • Oversee teams supporting recurring data reporting, data analytics, dashboards, data validation, and website operations and maintenance.
  • Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and overall program performance.
  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with Government requirements.
  • Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of operations.
  • Manage and coordinate surge staffing requirements when requested.
  • Prepare and coordinate recurring program status reports and other management deliverables.
  • Provide Government leadership with updates regarding accomplishments, upcoming activities, risks, issues, staffing, and deliverable status.
  • Coordinate and participate in program meetings, technical discussions, kick-off activities, and other Government engagements.
  • Ensure technical and programmatic issues are appropriately tracked, escalated, and resolved.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between Government stakeholders and contractor personnel.
  • Ensure contractor personnel comply with applicable security, privacy, information protection, records management, and Section 508 requirements.
  • Maintain awareness of activities across all areas of the program and ensure contract objectives and performance requirements are achieved.
Required Qualifications
  • Senior-level program, project, engagement, or delivery management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex Federal Government programs, contracts, or technical service delivery efforts.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical and/or analytical teams.
  • Experience serving as a primary point of contact for Government customers, CORs, COs, or senior program stakeholders.
  • Experience managing staffing, schedules, deliverables, risks, issues, performance, and reporting.
  • Experience overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinating resources across project teams.
  • Experience supporting data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, data management, or similar technical environments.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to time-sensitive Government requirements.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Government background investigation and suitability determination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or another Federal Government agency.
  • Experience managing federal data analytics, statistical reporting, or business intelligence programs.
  • Experience overseeing teams working with Tableau, Power BI, SAS, or similar data and reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting data validation, data quality, or data governance activities.
  • Experience overseeing website, application, or digital-content support activities.
  • Knowledge of federal security, privacy, records management, and Section 508 requirements.
  • PMP or other relevant project/program management certification.
Location

Washington, DC / Government-designated work locations.

The position requires availability during normal Government business hours, Monday through Friday. Work location requirements may vary based on Government and program needs.

Security Requirements
  • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the Government-required background investigation and suitability determination.
  • Must meet applicable requirements for access to Government facilities, systems, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
