Responsibilities & Qualifications

We are seeking a Enterprise Architect to join our team supporting the Transportation Team. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

Experience

  • 10–15 years in enterprise IT architecture, with 5+ in federal programs.

Certifications

  • TOGAF 9+ - The Open Group Architecture Framework
  • AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Architect
  • ITIL v4

Education

  • Bachelor’s (master’s preferred) in Computer Science or Systems Engineering.

Clearance

  • Public Trust – High Risk.

RESPONSIBILITIESLeads enterprise architecture planning, ensuring IT systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with federal standards.

 

  • Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with OCIO enterprise strategy.
  • Maintain system interoperability, virtualization, and cloud architecture standards.
  • Ensure alignment with NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
  • Evaluate new technologies for performance and lifecycle cost benefits.

  • Type of environment: Office

  • Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
  • Amount of Travel: 30% within WMA

WAGE INFORMATION 

Target salary range: $135,000 - $175,000. The salary range displayed is an estimate and will be determined based on several factors, including the individual’s combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The listed salary represents one component of the total compensation package for employees.
