Join a team that’s shaping the future of Navy support. ICI Services—a 100% employee-owned company proudly celebrating 26 years of excellence—is seeking Executive Assistant to immediately support our PMS 300 & 325 Team at the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC.

Security Clearance:

Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services to include, but not limited to, reception, and message services.
  • Lead event coordination to include site planning and guest/logistics support.
  • Coordinate meetings and adjudicate schedule conflicts. Provide meeting minutes and agendas.
  • Support Program personnel with administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate Travel using the Defense Travel System (DTS).  

Experience Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience is supporting a Navy/DoD program.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures and organizational techniques.
  • Experience with supporting NAVSEA programs is a plus.
  • knowledge of Flank-Speed. 

Educational/Certification Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
