Organization: US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation (USPAACC)
We are seeking a dedicated, high-fidelity Executive Assistant to serve as the primary “right hand” to our CEO. This is a dynamic role suited for a professional who finds fulfillment in being a behind-the-scenes champion — ensuring the CEO is well-prepared, organized, and represented with excellence at all times.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Predictive Management: Anticipate the CEO’s needs and preferences; manage the calendar and inbox with a deep understanding of organizational priorities and communication style.
• Total Preparedness: Brief the CEO for all appearances and meetings; take meticulous notes and manage follow-up tasks to ensure seamless execution.
• Gatekeeping & Communications: Act as a primary point of contact, filtering communications with sound judgment to protect the CEO’s time and focus.
• High-Touch Support: Manage a broad range of tasks — from high-level stakeholder outreach to administrative and logistical coordination — with a proactive, no-task-too-small attitude.
• Shadow Support: Attend virtual and in-person meetings alongside the CEO to provide real-time support and ensure timely follow-through on directives.
REQUIREMENTS
• Professionalism & Discretion: A service-oriented mindset with the integrity and confidentiality required to support senior leadership; ability to manage a schedule that may vary across business hours.
• Professional Presentation: Ability to represent the CEO’s office with poise and professionalism in a variety of business settings in Washington, DC. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and expressions.
• Adaptability: Persistence and resiliency in navigating ambiguity; you thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
• Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency in MS Office, CRMs, and video conferencing platforms.
LOGISTICS
• Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week; scheduling may vary based on organizational needs with reasonable advance notice
• Location: On-site and in-person (Washington, DC 20036); minimum 2–3 days in office
• Contract: 6-month contract-to-hire
